Nach dem Ende von "The Big Bang Theory" wurde es etwas ruhiger um Schauspieler Simon Helberg. Laut Variety hat er sich aber nun eine neue Hauptrolle gesichert und wird in der Peacock-Serie "Poker Face" zu sehen sein.
Viele Details zur Handlung sind nicht bekannt. Die Figur von Natasha Lyonne hat in jeder neuen Episode einen Mordfall aufzuklären.
Welche Rolle Helberg spielen wird, ist noch unbekannt. Neben ihm und Lyonne wurden auch schon Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Benjamin Bratt, Stephanie Hsu, David Castañeda, Jameela Jamil, S. Epatha Merkerson, Judith Light und Tim Meadows gecastet. Das Format stammt von Rian Johnson.
Simon Helberg war zwischen 2007 und 2019 als Howard Wolowitz in "The Big Bang Theory" zu sehen.
