Lori Loughlin gewinnt Prism Award

In Los Angeles wurden gestern die 10. jährlichen Prism Awards verliehen, ein Preis, der Filme und Fernsehserien auszeichnet, die sich in besonders realistischer Weise mit Drogen- und Alkoholabhängigkeit auseinandersetzen. Die Prism Awards werden verliehen in Zusammenarbeit von dem Entertainment Industries Council, der Robert Wood Johnson Foundation und dem National Institute on Drug Abuse/National Institutes of Health.

Lori Loughlin erhielt den Preis für die Beste Darstellung in mehreren Episode einer Dramaserien für ihre Rolle der Ava Gregory in Summerland.

Den wichtigsten Preis für den besten Film erhielt das Johnny Cash Drama "Walk The Line" mit Joaquin Phoenix und Reese Witherspoon in den Hauptrollen.
