Inside Beauty Scoop: How Makeup artist Denise Markey made Katie's mouth look so kissable: Using a soft rose-colored lip pencil, she subtly defined the edges of the lips and filled them in. "This creates a good base for your gloss, helping it last longer," she explains. To avoid a ring-around-the lips look, Markey blended the color well with a dry lip brush. Finally, she slicked on some light pink gloss for a supershiny finish.

To give Katie's mane a sexy windswept look, stylist Oscar Blandi applied volumizer to the roots and straightening serum to the lengths of her tresses. After drying her hair, he used a large-barrel curling iron only on the ends. "Don't actually curl them," he says, "Just add a bit of blend."
