Katie im "Phantom der Oper"?

Offenbar will Katie in Zukunft ihr Schauspieltalent mit Gesang verbinden. Sie gilt als heisse Kandidatin für die Musicalverfilmung "Phantom der Oper" von Andrew Lloyd Webber. Der Film wird am Herbst in England gedreht.

Katie nimmt momentan Gesangsunterricht, allerdings steht noch nicht definitiv fest, ob sie die Rolle auch wirklich bekommt.

According to Variety, Katie Holmes (Dawson's Creek, Abandon) is the frontrunner for Joel Schumacher's Phantom of the Opera big screen adaptation. She's reportedly already working with a vocal coach.

The feature version of Andrew Lloyd Webber's hit stage musical will begin principal photography in the fall in the UK.
