1. In "Breaking Dawn - Part 2" you play one of the vampires who is asked to protect Renesmee from the Volturi. How was the audition for the part of Siobhan?

I had to do a scene with the character of Edward and Renesmee in which he has to convince me to listen for her heartbeat.

2. Did you read the "Twilight" books to prepare for the role of Siobhan?

I had read all the books prior to even getting the audition. When I did get the role, I of course reread "Breaking Dawn".

3. There's a huge hype surrounding the "Twilight" movies and you were also part of the Comic-Con panel in San Diego last summer. How do you handle such a media circus and the fan masses? Can you even prepare for such a situation?

I guess, you just go with the flow when you are thrust into something so huge. The producers did give us some media training where they told us what we would be encountering and how to handle everything. It was helpful.

4. The final film of the "Twilight" saga shows the confrontation between the Cullen family and the powerful Volturi where all vampires present their supernatural powers. Would you have liked to show Siobhan's skills?

Yes, that would have been great, but I understand why for the film some of the vampire skills and scenes were omitted. Siobhan's power is the ability to "will" a situation to go in her favor. That's kind of a hard thing to put on film since it is all in her mind and has no physical manifestation, but since the battle never did occur and no one got hurt, Siobhan could have been using her skill the whole time and you just never knew it!

5. Can you tell us something about the atmosphere on set? You and the other "vampire witnesses" were only present in the last film while the other actors have known each other for about four years. How did the cast welcome you?

The cast was very nice. I think they enjoyed having new people on set. We hung out, went bowling, went dancing. They were a lot of fun.

6. How long does it take the make-up department to transform a person into a vampire?

For me it took between 1 1/2 - 2 hours everyday. About 45 minutes for make-up and then about the same for hair, but sometimes longer depending on who was putting on my wig. Then I would get into my costume.

7. Apart from being an actress you are also a passionate singer. Which job do you like more or do you prefer to combine both, for example in Musicals?

I definitely prefer to combine the two in musicals. That was my original dream, to perform on Broadway. Now that I've done that in several shows, I'm looking to expand my creative horizons and do more film and TV.

8. Have you ever been to Europe? If not, which country would you like to visit first and why?

Yes, I've been to Europe and I loved it. I've visited Italy, France and the Netherlands. There are many more places I'd love to visit as well. I love to travel and I look forward to being able to do more.

9. Since myFanbase is an online magazine about TV series, do you have a favorite show?

Yes, right now my favorite show is "The Walking Dead" on AMC.
